七、結構特征

該機由主機、電控箱、計算機測控系統組成。主機(附圖a1)主要由鑄造機座及位于機座左部的力矩測量部分,中部的下試樣軸部分,右部的上試樣軸部分、偏心輪軸部分和試驗力施加與測量部分組成。

該機采用雙速電動機(2880/1440轉/分,1/0.75kW)驅動,電源為三相380V/50Hz,其接線及電氣原理參照圖c進行。

工作原理

上下試樣軸的運轉

雙速電動機(1)通過三角皮帶(2)齒輪(6)齒輪(7)齒輪(8)內齒輪(9)帶動下試樣軸(12),使其以200r/min(或400r/min)的轉速轉動;通過三角皮帶(2)齒輪(6)齒輪(5)蝸桿軸(36)、滑動齒輪(39)和齒輪(40)的傳遞,使上試樣軸(13)以180r/min(或360r/min)的轉速轉動。當上下試樣軸都轉動且兩試樣直徑相等時,由于上下試樣軸轉速不等,(除滾動摩擦外),則在試樣間帶有10%的滑差率,使試樣間具有滑動摩擦;改變試樣直徑,即可增大或減小滑差率,如要提高滑動速度,將滑動齒輪(39)移至右端與反向齒輪(17)嚙合,使上試樣軸(13)反向旋轉即可。為了防止試驗時固定螺母松動,下試樣軸(12)上的螺紋是左旋的,而上試樣軸(13)上的螺紋是右旋的。

上試樣軸的固定

    當做滑動摩擦試驗時,為使上試樣軸固定不動,應將滑動齒輪(39)移至中間位置,并用螺釘(38)固牢,齒輪(40)必須用銷子(41)固定在搖擺頭(37)上。

兩試樣間壓力(試驗力)的調整
